It’s A Hard Ride Gonna…

COLD. And I did not have the proper gear for this cold. The temperature was 33-ish, the wind was only 15 out of the north west, but the speed on the bike combined with the wind hurt.

This was the first time I felt cold within my 40° below jacket. So I cut it short.

It might be that I don’t have the correct layering because I perspire With the inner layers wet by the time I get home. There’s an article in Adventure Cycling about a couple that road in the Arctic and they said don’t get wet. No matter how cold it is I always come in moist so something is wrong with the layers. Help.
